2cl Sicilian Lemon juice
Jasmine flowers and liquorice sticks
PREPARATION
Place the ice cubes and the ingredients into a glass, lightly remove with a bar spoon Decorate with jasmine flowers and liquorice sticks and serve.

PREPARATION
Place the candied cherry in the glass , pour the ingredients into the glass in the above order. Decorate glass with chopped almonds and serve

INGREDIENTS
2/5 Monte Polizo Amaro
3/5 red orange juice
1 teaspoon marmalade
5 cl. lemon juice
Lemon peel and gold-coloured food spray
PREPARATION
Cool a glass with ice, place the ingredients in a shaker, remove with a spoon to mix the jam. Add ice and shake vigorously, remove the ice cubes from the glass. Decorate with lemon peel and spray to create colour effect and serve
